How RIISE Works

A seven-step process designed to move each request efficiently from initial engagement through delivery, quality assurance and completion.

  2. Eligibility and Prioritization

Requests are reviewed against agreed criteria and priorities

  3. Scoping

The Secretariat works with the NFP to define support needs and expected outcomes

  4. Expert Mobilization

Appropriate expertise is identified and mobilised

  5. Implementation Support

Experts provide hands-on support to address the identified bottlenecks

  6. Quality Review

Outputs are reviewed to ensure quality and relevance

  7. Learning and Closure

Lessons are captured and fed into the knowledge base
